Al-Mutahar Motor & Engineering Company was founded in 1907, it originally existed in Eritrea (Asmara) with subsidiaries then established in Ethiopia, and Aden - Yemen.
1963 brought the expansion of AMECO to North Yemen with head office located in Sana’a City as well as subsidies in Hodiedah and Aden Cities.
Since that time, Al-Mutahar Motor & Engineering Company has consistently grown to accommodate numerous business concerns in accordance with both local and international market expansions.
